2. Schedule an appointment: by calling (727) 498-8898 to visit with our provider.  When you schedule you will receive instructions for your first visit.

Our team will go over your medical history and provide the certification approval at your first visit.  If you do not qualify you will not be charged for your visit.

3. Apply for your registry ID card:  By the time you arrive home from your appointment you should have an email from the state to register and pay your fees.  Once you have provided a proof of residency to the website linked to your email you should receive an email within 3 weeks that will include your temporary card.  The hard copy card will arrive by the mail.

4. Visit a licensed medical cannabis dispensary with your temporary or permanent card to pick up your medical cannabis or ask for it to be delivered to your home.

5. Follow up appointment:  Florida law requires that a patient meet with their medical provider every 210 days.  Schedule your second appointment at your first visit and receive $10 off the second visit.
