
Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is the medical use of oxygen at a higher than atmospheric pressure. The therapy involves resting in a pressurized tent and breathing 75-100% oxygen for an hour. The treatment can be given every day for several weeks, or on a schedule, such as once or twice a week.
Conditions which may be improved by mild HBOT include:
