IN-OFFICE SICK VISITS
In order to keep everyone safe, we have created a separate entrance and intensified safety protocols for all sick appointments. This entrance will be in affect by Wednesday, March 18, 2020. Please call the front desk to schedule the time you need to arrive for your sick visit.
When you arrive at our building, please follow the instructions on the sign by our front entry door.
When you arrive, the instructions will ask you to call the front desk and let them know you have arrived. You will be instructed to not come into the building until it is safe to enter. Please stay in your car. We will take each patient in the order that they have arrived at our facility.
Before you enter the building, you will be given a mask and gloves to wear. (Any patient who can not or will not follow our instructions will be asked to leave.)
KEEPING YOU SAFE IN THE CLINIC
We are daily keeping track of OSHA and CDC guidelines regarding safety precautions for patients and providers specific for the current healthcare challenges. We are following guidelines to the letter in this office to keep you and ourselves safe.
In addition, we have created a separate entrance, established new standards for cleanliness, acquired all necessary personal protective equipment. We have four onsite Mt Everest Air Purifiers that are continually running day and night. These purifiers are reported to deactivate any pathogen in air and on surface.
The office is cleaned according to CDC and OSHA guidelines throughout the day. A deep clean is performed weekly.
As much as we love everyone, we will abide by CDC personal recommendations to avoid all unnecessary, personal contact and will unfortunately not be hugging everyone until this crisis has resolved.
THE STANDARD FEE SCHEDULE NOW APPLIES FOR
DOCS HOLISTIC TELEMEDICINE
We can now apply our standard fee schedule to all telemedicine appointments. In our last email we did not know this would be possible. Please verify your financial responsibility with our front desk when you make your appointment.
All providers will be available by telemedicine including Dr. Teekell-Taylor and Dr. Garner for their holistic patients. Diana Moser will be available in office and via telemedicine for her patients and for over-flow sick appointments. Dr. Marc Taylor will continue to see patients in office and in the hospital.
