Interested to Know in 24 -36 Hours If You Have or Had COVID-19?

Updated: Jul 17, 2020

Introducing a New Option!

Docs has partnered with Evexia Diagnostics, a private lab, to offer economical labs and custom, specialty testing. These labs will be drawn at Docs, not at a giant commercial lab, or for an extra fee, in your home using our new mobile service.

COVID-19 PCR TEST: 1 Test - $190 Know in 24 - 36 business hours (from the time the lab receives the specimen)

if you have COVID-19

Do you need to know?  The PCR test includes 2 viral targets and 1 spike protein target.  All other PCR tests in use by other labs have only 2 viral targets and are known to return indeterminate results at high rates.  Therefore, this test was designed and built as a 3 target COVID-19 PCR test. Additionally, on any samples where a result is indeterminate, this test will reflex to a 4th target.  This approach lowers the incidence of indeterminate results even further. Currently, there is a severe shortage of nasopharyngeal collection kits at local labs.  We have enough swabs to test over 300 patients.  This is a private lab; it will not be billed to insurance; it is not free.  However, if you need to know; you now have a choice with a more accurate and timelier test.

COVID-19 PCR STOOL TEST: 1 Test - $154   Know in 24 - 36 business hours (from the time the lab receives the specimen)

if you are still shedding the virus

Are you wondering if it is safe to go back in the water? The new COVID-19 PCR Stool Test utilizes a cutting-edge viral RNA qPCR methodology to detect and measure levels of SARS-CoV-2 virus in stool. The new COVID-19 PCR Stool Test, can be an important clinical tool to monitor confirmed SARS-CoV-2 patients in order to help prevent transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Please note that the SARS-CoV-2 Stool Analysis is not diagnostic of COVID-19. COVID-19 can only be properly diagnosed and confirmed using the nasopharyngeal COVID-19 PCR Test.

COVID-19 ANTIBODY TEST: 1 Test - $178  Know in 24 - 36 business hours (from the time the lab receives the specimen)

if you have ever had COVID-19

Are you wondering if that cold last month was COVID-19?  This test offers the ability to determine current infection/recent exposure (IgM antibodies) to the virus, as well as past exposure/infection and possible concomitant immunity (IgG antibodies) using a simple blood draw collection.
