Any potassium and magnesium depleting medication:

Furosemide (Lasix) Bumetanide (Bumex) Hydrochlorothiazide

(HCTZ or Microzide) Albuterol Insulin

Laxatives Risperdal Seroquel


Corticosteroids:

Prednisone Methylprednisolone Betamethasone

Hydrocortisone Dexamethasone


Non-Steroidal Anti-inflammatory medications:

Aspirin
